We had 8 KB Toys before the first round of them shutting them down. We only have the one left in Opry Mills now, and that is on the proposed list.
The others listed to close and on the proposed list are all that are left in the state, The closest one then would end up being in AL or KY a good 3 hours either way. Oh well. Not like I have really gotten much from them in th elast year anyway. The last thing I bought from a brick and mortar KB was the Samurai packs</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">heh..the KY ones aren't too great. sometimes they get new lines in fast, but a lot of times the pegs are empty.
I barely ever shop at KB now, especially as they're starting to catch up with spencer's and gamestop type stores in price. Meijer and Wal-mart are now the only places where you can get figures for under $11.99, unless TRU has kept their mcfarlane prices at $9.
The KB here hasn't seeme dto fall into the raising price issues as the other ones. They still had McFarlane figures (Atleast the regular ones) for 9.99. The Music ones always seemed to be 11.99 for some reason.
They haven't had anything new in othere than McF for a long time. Star Wars is a waste unless you are trying to catch up from the EP2 movie figures, and the ML assortment is a wasteland of ML3 and ML 4 figures.

I haven't been to a KB in ages that was worth while. They never have ANYTHING I am looking for when I go.

BTW, Mega, are you still finding lots of Infernal Parade figures where you are? I've still not managed to get my hands on Bethany Bled. I'm going to have my boyfriend check the suncoast next to his work one more time, and then I'll be begging here for some help in getting her if he can't find her there.
They were all available the last time I went into Suncoast. With 5 Suncoasts, 3 Media Plays and 4 Sam Goody's - I am sure I can come up with what you need if you need help on them.
